Remembering Bo & Carly: Carbo love montage (continued)

Every day Carbo fans miss this golden couple completely and our nagging sense of loss is expressed via tweets; fan sites, forums, fan fiction and more and more  montages. Perhaps we are all obsessed but it's an altogether healthy obsession because Bo and Carly had such a powerfully deep love and a lovely story line yet were never given a real chance. And once again I call Ken Corday very unreasonable for the path he chose for this iconic couple; a sudden and abrupt end. But  carbo fans can't forget them; not for a very long time, especially with the beautiful montages lovingly made by supporters. As long as we have them and the old carbo clips, they will always be remembered. Elena was shocked at what she'd just heard and the stunned, guilty look on Marcelo's face confirmed all was true. Lorena on the other hand looked dismayed. Elena berated him for his lies, for his misdeeds including making her believe Lorena was a liar- she was very disappointed in him. Casting an apologetic look at her daughter-in-law, she abruptly left the room, sobbing. Marcelo glared at Lorena, furious. Later on, Lorena told David what happened, feeling sorry for Elena; David in turn told her that their best friends Oscar & Power Girl were now officially a couple, to her delight. Elena and Marcelo get a surprise visitor... Marcelo's father! Elena had told Marcelo he was dead but in actual fact; Marcelo's Dad had abandoned them both so Elena had divorced him. Marcelo is very cold towards him.
Humberto, a good friend of David's- arrives to Acapulco on business and David proudly introduced Lorena to him as well as Julia. While taking a walk, David told Humberto what's been going on with Marcelo, adding he was still investigating and Marcelo had begged for another chance. Cinthia is currently unhappy; she's pregnant and alone. Aide begins her plan by first  'apologising ' to an incredulous Lorena and then seducing Raul, David's personal assistant as she needed a spy.

 David and Lorena live their love everyday and Elena is warmer towards her daughter-in-law. Marcelo decided to court and marry Aide's younger sister in order to distract everyone's attention from him.  Humberto is rather attentive towards Lorena, which makes her very uncomfortable. Elena begins to plan David and Lorena's church wedding; including hiring a  top designer to make Lorena's dress.
Humberto confessed to Lorena that he's fallen in love with her; to her amazement and horror. She reminds him she's married and in love with David! Unfortunately, Humberto was overheard by Cinthia and Aide who later told David. David is very angry that his best friend would throw himself at his wife and told him to leave his house. Lorena assured David that in no way did she encourage Humberto and David in return said he believed her; he just never thought someone else would want to draw them apart. The clothes come off again and there's no more talking.

Well... Peter has now exited DAYS *sob* and how we all miss him already!... after over two decades as Bo Brady in DAYS OF OUR LIVES; it's just not going to be the same without him... or Crystal Chappell. Bo and Carly remain the uncrowned signature couple of DAYS and their fans will always remember them as that.

As another tribute to them; I got to thinking about the lovely music used for their scenes back in the 90's  and decided to compile them here. I don't remember all of them of course so pardon me if I missed a few!

On getting home with Aurelio, David and Lorena walk in on a party going on; a celebratory party for Aide on her upcoming wedding. She is very shocked to see Lorena on David's arm and naturally demanded an explanation; Elena, Cinthia and Sophie, Aide's mother included. David calmly told them that Lorena was his wife again. Aide flew at Lorena in great fury but David pushed her away from his wife, sternly telling her to behave herself. Elena called him aside, telling him he did wrong hurting Aide and refused to believe what he told her about Marcelo. Aide poured insults on David and Lorena before leaving the house with her mother and sister in tears. David consoled an unhappy Lorena, cuddling close her in their bed as they go to sleep; her diamond wedding ring flashing on her finger.
Cinthia and Aide later warned Lorena that they were going to make life very unpleasant for her. Lorena coldly tells them she wasn't scared of them- Cinthia is furious when Lorena throws her own marital problems in her face. Elena is cold towards Lorena as well, to her distress. David assured Lorena that Julia was welcome back to their house; however they both agree not to let Julia live off them, she was going to be given a job instead. Lorena is not at all pleased to see Marcelo who still feeds his mother with lies and has the audacity to extend the hand of friendship to Lorena, according to him he wanted nothing but peace between them(Yeah right)
Lorena finds Julia at German's. Julia is stunned that Lorena is ready to forgive her but is furious at David and Lorena's decision- she was to work with Power Girl selling condos at David's hotel.
Marcelo cornered Lorena on getting home; Lorena is hostile towards him, demanding that he tell his mother the truth about what he tried to do to David and how he almost raped her. He insisted that he did but Elena didn't believe him. Alas, Elena was by the door and heard the whole conversation! Marcelo stared at her in horror and started choking like a caught fish...
