Tu O Nadie: The fifth version

Did you know that the beloved 1985 telenovela "Tu No Nadie" (No One But You)  has a 5th version? I recently discovered this by accident, and I'm still in shock! 

This remake, titled "Cabo," was released on October 24, 2022, and ended on February 17, 2023, with a total of 85 episodes. Produced by TelevisaUnivision, it starred Bárbara de Regil as Sophia Chavez, Matías Novoa as Alejandro Noreiga, and Diego Amozurrutia as the villain, Eduardo Torres.

 "Acapulco Bay" is the American remake of the 1985 Mexican telenovela, Tu O Nadie (No One But You); starring Lucia Mendez as Raquel Samaniego,  Salvador Pineda as Maximillian Albeniz and the late Andres Garcia as Antonio Lombardo.

Happy Africa Day!

Africa Day (May 25)  marks  the founding of  the Organisation of African Unity (AU, formerly OAU) and its contributions and successes over the years. On this day, in 1963, it was founded to fight against colonialism and apartheid. 

Today,  Africa Day is commemorated especially as 202e is  its 60th year.

QWP 2023: Call For Submissions!!!

 

Quramo Publishing's annual literary and arts festival's main event is the Quramo Writers' Prize (QWP), where the winning unpublished author wins a hefty cash prize and the chance to have his or her entry published by the publishing company.
